Specific Time Playback
● Before you begin, place the DVD/VCR in DVD mode.
Press OUTPUT SELECT so the red DVD light appears on the
front of the DVD/VCR.
1 During playback, press DVD, then press SEARCH
MODE/TIME SEARCH repeatedly so the Time Search
display appears on the TV screen.

● Before you begin, place the DVD/VCR in DVD mode.
Press OUTPUT SELECT so the red DVD light appears on the
front of the DVD/VCR.
1 With a DVD in the DVD/VCR, press DVD, then
press SEARCH MODE/TIME SEARCH once. The
Title/Chapter Search display will appear on the TV screen.
2 To select the Title, press o o to select the Title
space (beside TT), then press the Number buttons
to enter the Title number. The Chapter space (beside
CH) will be selected automatically.
3 Within 30 seconds, press the Number buttons to
enter the Chapter number. In a few seconds, the
selected Chapter will start playing.
• Title/Chapter playback is not avail-
able with some DVDs.

2 Within 30 seconds, use the Number buttons to
enter the Disc time at which you want playback to
begin. Enter the time in hours, minutes, and seconds.
Within a few seconds, playback will start at the specified
time.
● Example: 1 hour, 23 minutes, and 30 seconds
1 → 2 → 3 → 3 → 0
● Make sure the time you enter is within the total time of
the current Title or Track. If it is not, the TIME space will
clear and playback will continue at its current point.
● If you make a mistake, press CLEAR to erase all the infor-
mation in the TIME space. Enter the correct information.
