Before You Start
When you use the Remote Control for the first time, you will have to:
• install the battery pack;
• place the Remote Control in the docking station and charge the Remote
Control.
Warning Use the docking station only with the Philips NiMH rechargeable battery pack.
We strongly advise you not to plug other appliances (like mobile phones,
PDA’s, …) into the docking station. This causes damage to the connector and
the appliance.
Installing the Battery Pack
1 Press the latch on the battery cover and remove the battery cover from
the Remote Control.
2 Place the battery pack in the battery compartment.
3 Plug the cable of the battery pack in the connector as illustrated.
