Loosen screw

and turn adjustment screw

so that
clamp pressure is as light as possible but high enough so
that the material will not slip when pulled lightly.
* If the clamp pressure is too high, the buttons may not be
fed properly.

1. Loosen the two hexagonal bolts

and adjust the
button holder body

by moving it.
2. Check that the needle will go through the button hole
with no contact. (Refer to “6. CHECKING THE SEW-
ING PATTERN”.)
