tableabove.“Consumeruse”meanspersonalresidentialhouseholdusebyaretailconsumer.“Commercialuse”meansallotheruses,includingusefor
commercial,incomeproducingorrentalpurposes.Onceequipmenthasexperiencedcommercialuse,itshallthereafterbeconsideredascommercialusefor

DATEOFTHEPRODUCTWILLBEUSEDTODETERMINETHEWARRANTYPERIOD.
ABOUT YOUR WARRANTY
Wewelcomewarrantyrepairandapologizetoyouforbeinginconvenienced.AnyAuthorizedServiceDealermayperformwarrantyrepairs.Mostwarranty
repairsarehandledroutinely,butsometimesrequestsforwarrantyservicemaynotbeappropriate.Forexample,warrantyservicewouldnotapplyif
equipmentdamageoccurredbecauseofmisuse,lackofroutinemaintenance,shipping,handling,warehousingorimproperinstallation.Similarly,the
warrantyisvoidifthemanufacturingdateortheserialnumberontheequipmenthasbeenremovedortheequipmenthasbeenalteredormodified.During
thewarrantyperiod,theAuthorizedServiceDealer,atitsoption,willrepairorreplaceanypartthat,uponexamination,isfoundtobedefectiveundernormal
useandservice.Thiswarrantywillnotcoverthefollowingrepairsandequipment:
• NormalWear:OutdoorPowerEquipmentandengines,likeallmechanicaldevices,needsperiodicpartsandservicetoperformwell.Thiswarrantydoes
notcoverrepairwhennormalusehasexhaustedthelifeofapartortheequipment.
• InstallationandMaintenance:Thiswarrantydoesnotapplytoequipmentorpartsthathavebeensubjectedtoimproperorunauthorizedinstallationor
alterationandmodification,misuse,negligence,accident,overloading,overspeeding,impropermaintenance,repairorstoragesoas,inourjudgment,
toadverselyaffectitsperformanceandreliability.Thiswarrantyalsodoesnotcovernormalmaintenancesuchasadjustments,fuelsystemcleaning
andobstruction(duetochemical,dirt,carbon,lime,andsoforth).
• OtherExclusions:Thiswarrantyexcludesthestartingbattery;wearitemssuchasoilgauges,o-rings,filters,fuses,orsparkplugs,etc.,ordamageor
malfunctionsresultingfromaccidents,abuse,modifications,alterations,orimproperservicingorfreezingorchemicaldeterioration.Accessoryparts
areexcludedfromtheproductwarranty.ThiswarrantyexcludesfailuresduetoactsofGodandotherforcemajeureeventsbeyondthemanufacturers
control.Alsoexcludedisused,reconditioned,anddemonstrationequipment;equipmentusedforprimepowerinplaceofutilitypowerandequipment
usedinlifesupportapplications.
