Answer & Record mode
This invites your caller to leave a message.
The pre-recorded message is ‘Hello, your call cannot be
taken at the moment, so please leave your message after
the tone’.
Answer Only mode
This does not allow your caller to leave a message.
The pre-recorded message is ‘Hello, your call cannot be
taken at the moment, and you cannot leave a message, so
please call later’.
Set Answer mode
1. At the handset, press MENU , scroll to Answer Machine
and press OK .
2. Scroll to Answer Settings and press OK .
3. Screen highlights Answer Mode , press OK .
4. Use or to highlight either Answer & Record or
Answer Only .
5. Press OK to confirm. Display shows the answer mode
you have set.
6. Press BACK to return to the previous screen.
