If user authentication settings have been applied, the document name
cannot be viewed by other users.
Document names do not appear on the screen for secured documents.
Check Job - Check Job Settings
When touch [Check Job], [Check Job Settings] appears.
Touch [Check Job Settings] to check the following settings:

Destination Settings
- Scan Settings
- Original Settings
- Check E-Mail Settings
Check Job - Check Job Settings - Destination Settings
This screen displays the list of registered destinations.

To add a destination to the list, touch [Store Address].
- To view the details of the destination on the screen, select the destina-
tion, and then touch [Details].
- To delete a destination, select the destination, and then touch [Delete].
[Communication List] Displays the Scan list, Fax TX list, and Fax RX list. At each list screen,
the activity report, TX report, and RX report can be printed.
[Detail] Displays the job result, error details, user name, document name,
user box queued time, and number of original pages.
