Accessing Options on the Cordless Handset
Programming Feature Keys
You can program up to 15 feature keys on the 9480i CT IP phone using the Aastra Web UI. Use the
following procedure to program the feature keys on your 9480i CT Base Station and all paired
handsets.
1. Open your web browser and enter the phone’s IP address or host name into the address field.
2. At the prompt, enter your username and password and click .
1. Click Operation->Handset Keys.
2. Select the handset key you want to program.
3. Select the function for that handset key from the "Key Function" field.
4. Click to save the function you selected to the handset key. The key programming
information is sent to the 480i Base Station and to all the cordless handsets associated with
that Base Station. Any key programmed to "None" does not appear in the handset’s list.
