To display: [Utility] - [User Settings] - [Select Default Start App]

Select the OpenAPI-compatible application to be started when you log in, if the OpenAPI-compatible authen-
tication application is installed.

Related setting (for the administrator)

This option is not available if [Specified App Start Setting] is enabled in [Administrator Settings]. For details,
