[UserBoxNumber]
Input a 9-digit (000000001-999999998) UserBoxNumber. Press the
[UserBoxNumber] key to change your UserBoxNumber. The boxes
in which scanned data are stored are managed by 9-digit UserBox-
Number. Be sure to record this number.
You need the number when you import scanned data from comput-
ers.

Boxes of a same box number can be prepared. For a same box
number, one box with password and boxes without password of in-
finite number as far as the disk capacity permits can be prepared.
However, a same registration name cannot be used.

[Register Name]
Input the Name that is displayed on the Select Destinations/Stor-
age Locations screen (HDD) within 24 characters in alphameric
characters and signs.

If a Name is not input, the UserBoxNumber will be registered as a
Name.

[Character for Search]
Used as a search keyword when you search destinations. Needs to
be input within 24 characters in alphameric characters and signs.

[Password]
Input a 8-digit Password for a box in alphameric characters and
signs.

Eight "*"s are displayed regardless of the number of characters you
input.

Press the [Register] key.
Pressing this key brings you back to the Select Destinations/Storage
Locations screen (HDD).

Make sure that the registered Name
is displayed.

If the desired Name is not displayed on the page, press

to
switch between pages.
An administrator is to edit/delete once registered destinations. For more
information, contact your administrator.
