S Tighten the one−way flow control valves:
ć at first completely
ć then loosen again approximately one
turn.
S Pressurize the component as follows:
ć First pressurize both sides and
ć then one side. The slide will then move into an end position. In this way you
will avoid overloading the component and the compressed air network.
S Start a test run.
During the test run:
S check whether modifications are required to the following settings:
ć the speed of the moving mass (restrictor settings)
ć the position of the end stops (rough and accurate settings).
With masses which project longitudinally over
the slide
S Interrupt the test run while you are operĆ
ating the locking screws of the end stops.
S Open the one−way flow control valves
slowly until the desired slide speed is
reached.
S Conclude the test run.
