When contacting your nearest MuxLab dealer or
MuxLab Technical Support, please have the following
information ready:
 Unit model number
 Cabling layout. Include camera and multiplexer/DVR
used (with model numbers), estimated cable lengths
(between the equipment), and type of cable used (UTP,
STP, 4-pair, multipair, category)
 Description of problem
 List of tests performed
