Mounting
Revolution technology allows mounting flexibility. The Revolution can be
t
mounted on either the suction or pressure (discharge) side of the pump.
However, it must be mounted on a flat surface parallel to the ground.
To improve reliability, take steps to
t
minimize vibration from the pump(s) that
could be transmitted to the Revolution.
Use
t
rubber isolation pads under the pumps and flexible PVC between the
filtration pump and the heater to help minimize vibration.
Mount the system with the heater horizontal and as low as possible in the
t
equipment compartment.
To avoid any potential for water to drip directly on the system, do not mount
t
the system directly under the control panel mounting location.
Allow a
t
drip-loop in the control panel wires to keep any water that may travel
down the wire from wicking onto the system box.
The Revolution can not be mounted upside down. The Revolution is not to
t
be mounted sideways. The Revolution is only to be mounted upright on a
flat horizontal surface.
