Description

System Health

View health of the S8500
Media Server and the users
logged into the RSA.

View the power, temperature, voltage, and fan
status of the S8500 Media Server. You also can
view the users logged into the RSA.

Event Log

View S8500 event logs.

Event logs contain S8500 information pertaining
to Power On Self Test (POST), remote access
attempts, and dial-out events. Events are time
stamped. Some of the events generate an alert if
configured on the Alerts page.

Vital Product
Data (VPD)

View the VPD for the
S8500 server.

When the server starts, the RSA collects system
data, basic input/output system (BIOS)
information, and the server component VPD, and
stores it in nonvolatile memory.

Power/Restart

Remotely power on/off or
restart the S8500 Media
Server.

The RSA provides full power on, power off, and
restart capability for the S8500 Media Server.

Firmware Update

Update the firmware on
the RSA.

The firmware on the RSA can be updated. The
firmware update can be obtained from

http:\\support.avaya.com

.

Access Remote
ASM

Not used in the S8500
Media Server
configuration.

System Settings

View and configure
system settings for the
RSA.

This screen is divided into three sections:

ASM Information: S8500 Product ID, ID
number, contact, and location information.

Server Timeouts: Power off delay.

ASM Date and Time: Set the date, time,
GMT offset, and daylight savings time.

Login Profiles

Configure the RSA login
files

View, configure, or change individual login
profiles. Up to 12 login profiles can be defined.
