Please make sure the following parts are included:
1. Lamp Base (A)
2. Bulb (B): 60 Watt Halopin, Frosted (Order Code: 9250*060-HPNFR)
3. Glass Shade (C)
Install the Bulb and Glass Shade
1. Install the new bulb, being careful not to touch the bulb envelope
with your bare hands. Insert it into the socket and push it down.
2. Once the bulb is installed, place the threaded end of the glass over
the bulb and onto the socket.
3. Screw the glass shade down on the fixture until it is firmly in place.
4. Your lamp is now operational.
Note of Caution
The recommended replacement bulb for this fixture is the 60 Watt Halopin bulb (frosted).
