Care Instructions
Use only a soft, dry cloth to clean. If necessary, a slightly damp, soft cloth can be used to spot
clean. Do not use common household cleaners on lamps or fixtures, as the lacquer on the
outside of the brass may be damaged as a result. Enjoy your new Holtkötter lamp.
Please make sure that the following parts for your lamp are enclosed:
1. Lamp Base
2. Reflector kit including:
A.
Glass Reflector with set screw
B.
Frosted glass shield
C.
60 Watt Clear Halopin bulb, G9 Base
D.
Allen Wrench (packed inside the bulb box)
Bulb Installation & Reflector Assembly
1. Install the bulb (C) in the socket by pushing it straight down into the socket. See Diagram A.
2. Set the glass shield (B) on the grooved counterpart of the reflector (A). See Diagram B.
3. Place the reflector (A) on the base over the bulb. Locate the set screw on the reflector and
tighten it with the allen wrench (D). It may be necessary to lift the glass shield slightly to allow
the set screw to turn.
4. Plug lamp into your outlet. The lamp is now operational. The switch on the cord can be set
at high, low or off.

THESE INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Before replacing bulb, UNPLUG lamp and allow bulb to cool.
2. Bulb gets hot quickly. Only contact switch/plug when turning on.
3. DO NOT touch hot glass shield.
4. Do not remain in light if skin feels warm.
5. Do not look directly at a lighted bulb.
6. Keep lamp away from materials that may burn.
7. Use only with a 60 Watt bulb or smaller.
8. Do not touch the bulb at any time. Use a soft cloth. Oil from skin may damage bulb.
9. Do not operate lamp with a missing glass shield.
