This low-voltage halogen floor lamp comes fully assembled.

Glass Shield and Bulb Replacement Instructions

1. Be sure to turn the lamp off and allow it to cool before attempting glass shield and/or bulb

replacement.

2. The glass shield (A) is held in place with a metal spring clip (B). To remove this clip, hold

each side and pull firmly from the socket. This will release the glass shield. (Skip to Step 5
unless replacing bulb).

3. To remove the old bulb (C), pull it straight out of the socket. For a replacement bulb, use

only Osram Halostar ECO/IRC, max. 60 W. (Order Code: 9250*060-HSTAR).

4. Install the new bulb, being careful not to touch the bulb envelope

with your bare hands. Hold the bulb at the porcelain grip and push it

straight into the socket.

5. Press the metal clip over the shield and onto the socket, making sure that both sides snap

into place.

Replace the Fuse

An integrated fuse to protect the dimming circuit can be found in the box housing
the plug. Please check the fuse first, in case the lamp does not come on.

A four (4) Amp replacement fuse can be found on the Holtkoetter parts website:

or at your local automotive

or electronics parts store.

1. Unscrew the screws (D) located on each corner of the plug housing (E).

2. Open the housing to reveal the circuit board.

3. Locate the black box inside labeled Fuse 5 x 20 (F) and open it.

4. Remove and discard old fuse; replace with the new fuse.

5. Close the small fuse box and the plug housing.

6. Replace and tighten the four screws on the outside of the plug housing.
