In the TIME MENU you can see the current time
and can retrieve data for your three training
zones and your total training time. This menu
also provides a stopwatch.

CLOCK shows the date and time.

HEALTH-Z – You can see how much time you
have trained in the pulse range of this zone (in
mins, hrs and % of total training time).

FITNESS-Z – You can see how much time you
have trained in the pulse range of this zone (in
mins, hrs and % of total training time).

PERFORM-Z - You can see how much time you
have trained in the pulse range of this zone (in
mins, hrs and % of total training time).

The

STOPWATCH measures stretches of time

that are additional to TRAINING MANAGER.

TOT TIME 1 continuously records your training
time as soon as Training Manager is active.
Therefore it is possible to record total training
time over longer periods (weeks and months).

You can decide when to reset the data (RESET
function).

TOT TIME 2 also continuously records your
training time as soon as Training Manager is
active. Therefore it is possible to record total
