Lift the belt slightly and the front. Moisten the
ribbed zones (electrodes) on the reverse of the
transmitter with saliva or water.
Mounting the bicycle bracket.
Use TRAINING MANAGER to start, stop and
pause your training. All data that you find in the
TIME and PULSE MENUS relate to your current
training session.
Press
OK
to begin the recovery phase.

The Fit Watch receives signals from the chest
belt.
To begin your training, press
START
.
If you have forgotten to press the START key,
the watch beeps 3 times and reminds you as
soon as your pulse rises.
Training is started.
You can retrieve various training data during
training from the PULSE AND TIME MENU.
The RUNNING MAN shows that TRAINING
MANAGER is active.
To interrupt training, press
PAUSE
.
When you wish to continue training,
press
START
again.
To end training, press
END
.
The five minute recovery phase begins. The time
runs backwards and every minute your recovery
pulse is measured by the watch.
After the recovery phase has run out, press
END
.
You can stop measurements being taken at any
time before the end of the recovery phase by
pressing
END
.
