heart rate, or alternatively starts and stops
manually (

).

To change the contrast of your display, press

Attach the transmitter using the elastic belt.
The length of the belt can be adjusted to fit
using the fastening mechanism. Take care to
adjust the belt length so that it fits well but not
too tightly.
Place the belt so that the transmitter lies just
below the chest muscle for men and below the
bust for women.
The SIGMA SPORT logo must be legible at the
front.
