Rear Subframe Bushing Inserts

15. Lube the top of the BMR polyurethane
bushing inserts and install them as shown in
the images to the right. The OE bushings were
removed from the cradle for illustrative
purposes only, there is no need to remove the
bushings for installation of this product.
16. Raise the entire assembly back into position
taking care to properly align the rear dowels.
Insert the bolts and tighten to 110 ft/lbs.
17. Re-connect the lower shock mounts and
tighten.
18. Bolt the calipers back to the spindles and
tighten the bolts to 65 ft/lbs.
19. Re-connect the rubber brake lines to the upper
control arms.
20. Attach the emergency brake cables back to the
spindles.
21. Re-connect the ABS plug.
22. Plug the fuel pump wiring harness back in.
23. Re-install the exhaust.
24. Bolt the driveshaft tunnel brace back into
place and torque to 45 ft/lbs.
25. Install the rear wheels and lower the vehicle.
