The FreeStyle packaging contains the following items, as shown in Figures 1-3. If any are missing, contact your Equipment
Provider.
 FreeStyle Portable Oxygen Concentrator with carrying case.
 Patient manual (not shown)
 Universal AC/DC power supply (100-240 volts, 50/60 Hz) with power cord.
 DC Power Cable
