Save photos from a memory card to the internal printer storage
If you have previously saved a photo to the internal storage, but then deleted it from the
internal storage, you may want to save it again. Follow these steps:
To save photos from a memory card to the internal printer storage
1.
Insert a memory card and select photos to transfer. For information on viewing and
selecting photos, see
Select multiple photos .
2. Press Save.
3. Select Organize & Save, and then press OK.
4. Select Save to printer, and then press OK.
5. Press OK again to confirm.
Navigate through and view your photos
This section explains how to navigate through and view your photos on the printer screen.

To view photos Do this
One by one 1. Insert a memory card or view photos
on the internal printer storage.
2. Use the 4-way arrow button to
navigate through the folders and
albums.
3.
Press to view the photos in the
selected album, nine at a time.
4. Use the 4-way arrow button to scroll
through the photos, and highlight the
photo you want to view.
5.
Press to view the photo. Press
again to magnify the photo, or
to decrease the magnification.
6. To change back to the nine at a time
view, press
until nine photos
display.
