1. Raise the Out tray.
2. Slide out both paper guides.
3. Do one of the following:

For letter , executive , and B5 sized paper, place up to 100 sheets of
paper in the In tray.
—or—
❍
For legal-sized and A4 paper, pull out the paper length guide, then
place up to 100 sheets of paper in the In tray.
4. Slide the paper guides firmly against the paper.
5. Lower the Out tray.

1. Open the Printer Properties dialog box, then select the following setting:
