XP Remote Web Console PC

You must have a XP Remote Web Console PC at the primary site. To use the XP24000/XP20000
Disk Array Remote Web Console Java application programs, including XRC, you must have an
Internet browser. A license key code is also required for using the HP Compatible XRC program
product. For details on how to install and use a XP Remote Web Console PC, please refer to the
HP StorageWorks XP24000/XP20000 Remote Web Console User's Guide.
Requirements and Restrictions for Using Compatible XRC
Initial installation of the Universal Replicator hardware is performed by the user and the HP
representative. To install the hardware required for Universal Replicator operations:
User: Identify the locations of the URz primary and secondary data volumes (primary data volumes
and secondary data volumes), so that the URz hardware can be installed and configured properly.
The following sections provide several tables of information to consider when using Compatible XRC.
