Recommended actions
Problem/Scenario
To change HBAs on Windows or Linux hosts:
1.
Remove the workload settings of the host.
2.
Change the HBAs with a supported HBA and collect configuration
data for the host.
3.
Reconfigure the workload settings.
Scenario: Changing HBAs on Win-
dows and Linux hosts.
P9500 user account is locked for one minute after 3 incorrect login
attempts. Wait for one minute and retry with the correct credentials.

Possible Cause: QoSDBAdmin user password has expired. Check the
