Calling HP Technical Support

If you need to call HP technical support, make sure to provide as much information about the
problem as possible. As a minimum, be prepared to supply the following:

The circumstances surrounding the error or failure

The Remote Web Console configuration information saved by the FD Dump Tool

The exact content of any messages displayed on the Remote Web Console

The severity levels and reference codes displayed on the Alerts tab on the Remote Web Console
main window.

You cannot use the Release button until you apply (or cancel) your requested operation(s).
