GUI window structure
This section describes the GUI window of Plug-in for Virtualization Server Provisioning and how it
operates.
The Plug-in for Virtualization Server Provisioning GUI is displayed by selecting the P9000 Provisioning
tab in VMware vSphere Client. The Plug-in for Virtualization Server Provisioning GUI consists of the
following elements.

• Global taskbar area
The menus used to operate Plug-in for Virtualization Server Provisioning and the name of the
logged-in user are displayed.
• Global tab area
The menu items used to operate Plug-in for Virtualization Server Provisioning are displayed as
tabbed pages.
• Application area
Detailed information about objects is displayed. Clicking an action button in the area allows you
to execute an operation for the displayed objects or the selected objects. The following are the
operations you can perform for objects displayed in the list.
• Selecting objects in the table
Items whose lines have been clicked and are highlighted are subject to operation. To select
multiple lines, click one or more lines while holding down the Ctrl key or the Shift key. To select
all lines, click the Select All button.
• Changing the display order of columns
Drag a column header to a new position to rearrange the display order of the columns.
• Displaying or hiding a column
Click the Column Settings button and specify the name of the column you want to display. You
can change the display order by dragging the column to a new position.
• Sorting
Click a column to rearrange the lines in ascending or descending order.
