NOTE: The Exchange System Management Tools is required on the Recovery Manager backup
server for validation purposes. In addition, the mailbox servers and the Management Tools must
be the exact same version.
NOTE: All mailbox servers, including the Recovery Manager backup server, must be in the same
Windows domain (unless you have configured Recovery Manager to use multiple Active Directory
domains).
Single Host Backup Configuration
A single host backup configuration, shown in Figure 3 (page 14) , allows you to manage virtual
copies locally on the mailbox server.
