WOCP features
The HP EVA web-based operator control panel (WOCP) is primarily intended for use by system
administrators and service personnel. When you log in as an administrator, the Administrator options,
Service options, and User options are available. When you log in as a user, only the User options are
available.
The following menu options are available in the WOCP.
Administrator options
These options allow administrators to view and change storage system settings.
• Configure Administrator login options
• Configure controller device ports
• Configure controller host ports
• Configure network options
• Power down or restart system
• Uninitialize system
• Update management module firmware
• View detailed system information
Service options
These options allow administrators and service personnel to view detailed service logs.
• View last controller fault
• View message logs
User options
The options allow users to view storage system settings and change the user login password.
• Configure User login options
• Launch Command View EVA
• View network information
• View system information
WOCP GUI
The WOCP GUI includes a persistent display of overall system status, an options selection pane, content
pane, and server information.
