Allows checking the error status of the 85330A.
Default The default should be: +0, “No error”.

NOTE The errors are put into a stack; therefore, reading the error status once may
not clear all error conditions. It should be read until the error +0,
“No error” is
read. The *CLS command will clear the error status.
