1*. Aprire i due gusci della coibentazione.
2.
Procedere all’installazione del
disaeratore-defangatore sull’impianto.
3. Togliere la pellicola dell’adesivo già
applicato sulle superfici.
4. Assemblare i due gusci della coibentazione.
5. Rifinire la giunzione con la striscia in
dotazione nella scatola.
NB: Sigillante consigliato: Mastice Superchiaro
ns. cod. 615500.
NB*: Nei modelli flangiati e a saldare DN 125 e
DN 150, prima di procedere con il montaggio
della coibentazione, occorre assemblare il
dispositivo di scarico prolungato (fornito in
confezione).
1*. Open the two parts of the insulation shell.
2.
Install the deaerator-dirt separator in the
system.
3. Remove the film protecting the adhesive
already applied to the surfaces.
4. Fit the two parts of the insulation shell together.
5. Finish off the join by using the strip supplied
in the box.
NOTE: Recommended sealant: Super-bright adhesive,
our code 615500.
NOTE*: For flanged and welded models DN 125 and
DN 150, before fitting the insulation, it is
necessary to assemble the extended drain
device (in package).

Per l'eventuale manutenzione del disaeratore-defangatore filettato, è sufficiente svitare
la camera accumulo fanghi, con una chiave esagono 26 mm (1), alla quale
l’elemento interno risulta fissato in modo tale da poter essere sfilato per la pulizia.
To perform maintenance of the threaded deaerators-dirt separators, simply use a
26 mm hexagon wrench (1) to unscrew the dirt collection chamber, connected to the
inner element in such a way that it can be removed for cleaning.
Für eventuelle Wartungsarbeiten genügt es die Sammelkammer des Mikroblasen-
Schlammabscheider mit Gewindeanschluss, mit einem 26 mm-Inbusschlüssel
aufszuschrauben (1), an der das Innenelement befestigt ist, das so für die Reinigung
herausgezogen werden kann.
Pour l'entretien du séparateur d’air-pots de décantation filetés, il suffit de dévisser la
chambre d'accumulation des boues avec une clé hexagonale 26 mm (1) pour
dégager l'élément intérieur qui y est fixé de sorte à le nettoyer.
Para el mantenimiento del separador de aire-desfangador con rosca, es suficiente
desenroscar la cámara de acumulación con una llave hexagonal de 26 mm (1) y
extraer el elemento interior para limpiarlo.
Para a eventual manutenção do separador de micro-bolhas de ar-separador de sujidade
roscado, basta desaparafusar a câmara de acumulação de impurezas, com uma
chave hexagonal de 26 mm (1), à qual o elemento interno está fixo, de forma a poder
ser retirado para a limpeza.
Voor eventueel onderhoud van de lucht- en vuilafscheider met
schroefdraadaansluitigen is het voldoende om de verzamelruimte los te draaien met
een zeskant sleutel van 26 mm (1); het interne element is zodanig bevestigd dat het
eruit gehaald kan worden voor reiniging.
