L’impianto nel quale deve essere installata la valvola di scarico termico deve
essere spurgato e pulito per rimuovere ogni sporcizia che possa essersi
accumulata durante l’installazione.
La valvola può essere installata in posizione verticale od orizzontale ma con lo
scarico rivolto sempre verso il basso. Non può essere installata capovolta.
La valvola va installata sulla parte superiore della tubazione di mandata oppure
nel punto più alto del generatore.
E’ obbligatorio assicurarsi che il pozzetto sia installato in modo tale che
l’elemento termostatico sia completamente immerso nel fluido dell’impianto.
Lo scarico della valvola deve essere visibile e convogliato in apposito imbuto.
La tubazione di scarico deve essere attuata in modo da non impedire la regolare
funzionalità della valvola e da non recare danno a persone o cose.
La presa di carico della valvola deve essere direttamente collegata alla rete idrica
senza intercettazioni. Occorre installare un gruppo di riempimento sulla presa di
carico.
La valvola è dotata di manopola per effettuare lo spurgo manuale e rimuovere
eventuali impurità depositate. Operazione da effettuare almeno una volta
all’anno.
The system in which the temperature relief valve is to be installed must be
flushed and cleaned to remove any dirt that may have accumulated during
installation.
The valve may be installed vertically or horizontally, but the discharge must
always be facing downwards. It must not be installed upside down.
The valve should be installed at the top of the flow pipe or at the uppermost point
of the boiler.
It is compulsory to make sure that the pocket is installed so that the thermostatic
element is fully immersed in the medium.
The valve discharge must be visible and directed into a special tundish.
The discharge pipe must not obstruct normal valve operation and must not
endanger people or things.
The valve inlet must be connected directly to the water supply without any
shut-off devices. A filling unit must be installed on the inlet.
The valve is equipped with a knob for manual discharge and the removal of any
dirt which has built up. This procedure should be carried out at least once a year.
Vor dem Einbau des Ventils muss die Anlage geleert und gereinigt werden, um
während der Installation angesammelte Schmutzpartikel zu beseitigen. Das
Ventil kann vertikal oder horizontal installiert werden; allerdings muss der Ablauf
immer nach unten gerichtet sein. Das Ventil darf nicht auf den Kopf gestellt
installiert werden. Das Ventil muss auf dem oberen Abschnitt der Vorlaufleitung,
oder am höchsten Punkt des Wärmeerzeugers installiert werden. Die Hülse
muss unbedingt so installiert werden, dass der Temperaturfühler ganz in das
Medium getaucht ist. Der Ventilablauf muss sichtbar und in einen eigens
vorgesehenen Trichter geführt werden. Die Ablaufleitung darf den regulären
Betrieb des Ventils nicht behindern, und keine Personen- und/oder Sachschäden
verursachen. Der Füllanschluss des Ventils muss direkt und ohne
Sperrvorrichtungen an das Wassernetz angeschlossen werden. Am
Füllanschluss muss eine Füllarmatur installiert werden. Das Ventil hat einem
Hahn für das manuelle Ablassen von Verunreinigungen bzw. Ablagerungen.
Dies muss mindestens einmal jährlich getan werden.
