The AmurAct actuation system is comprised of two principal com-
ponents. The first is an electrical/electronic motor, which produces
torque (rotational force) and applies it to the input shaft of the sec-
ond component, the AmurAct linkage. The linkage converts rotary force and motion to linear force and motion to operate the recip-
rocating stem of an attached globe-style valve. The photos below
show the two components and identify important parts.
