5. In Win-Situ 4, click Run in the Zero Oxygen Point
screen. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete
the 0% calibration point.
6. When readings have stabilized, you will have several
choices:
l
Select Next, then click Finish to finalize the calibration.
l
Select Back to repeat the oxygen saturation point
(100%) calibration.
l
Select Run to repeat the zero oxygen point (0%)
calibration. Follows steps 5-6 to repeat the calibration.
Final Installation
1. Remove the RDO sensor from the calibration solution.
Rinse the RDO sensor thoroughly.
2. Loop the RDO cable that extends from the restrictor
cap and hold it so that it abuts the RDO sensor. See
Figure 1.9.

3. Insert the RDO sensor and cable loop into the
restrictor cap, using the hole for the sensor and the
slot for the cable.
4. Push the sensor in until it snaps into the restrictor cap.
Push the cable down into the slot until a small loop
remains. See Figure 1.10.

5. Grip restrictor B firmly. Attach restrictor A to the
restrictor cap. Do not allow restrictor B to rotate, as
the RDO cable can become twisted or damage the
other sensors. See Figure 1.11.

Shipping
1. Grip restrictor B firmly. Remove restrictor A from the
restrictor cap. Do not allow restrictor B to rotate, as
the RDO cable can become twisted or damage the
other sensors. See Figure 1.12.

2. Remove the RDO sensor and cable loop from the
restrictor cap. The end of the RDO cable will still be
attached to the TROLL 9500 body. See Figure 1.13.

3. Grip the TROLL 9500 body firmly. Remove restrictor
B, being careful not to twist the RDO cable.
4. Remove the pH/ORP sensor by inserting the removal
tool (located in the accessories kit) underneath the
sensor. Note the sensor's port location (port 1) for
reinstallation. See Figure 1.14.
