Initial Installation
1. Remove the Cal Cup. Dispose of the Quick Cal
solution.
2. Thoroughly rinse the sensors with clean water.
3. Gently dry sensors with a paper towel.
4. Remove the pH/ORP sensor by inserting the removal
tool (located in the accessories kit) underneath the
sensor. See Figure 1.3. Note the sensor's port
location (port 1) for reinstallation.

5. Remove the conductivity sensor using the removal
tool. See Figure 1.4. Note the sensor's port location
(port 4) for reinstallation.

6. Remove the RDO sensor port plug from the center
port using the removal tool. See Figure 1.5.
Save the port plug for return shipping.

7. Feed the RDO cable through the restrictor cap of
restrictor B. See Figure 1.6.

8. Connect the RDO cable to the TROLL 9500 in port 3
(the center port). See Figure 1.7.

9. Reinstall the pH/ORP sensor to port 1 and the
conductivity sensor to port 4. A diagram on the
TROLL 9500 body designates port locations. Be sure
the sensors are fully inserted before proceeding.
