Meter roller wont turn
No fan speed
Outer opener sections engage when turning
Meter gate alarms going off
Probable Cause Solution
No hydraulic pressure. Engage hydraulic circuit (wing down).
Product control switch is
off.
Turn product control switch to auto.
Roller is jammed.
Remove roller from meter body and remove
obstruction from meter.
Check air cart node. Check lights on front of node.
Check meter settings.
Make sure that the meter cal and cal weight is
entered correctly.
Probable Cause Solution
Fan sensor out of
alignment.
Check and re-align sensor if necessary.
Fan cal is incorrect. Set fan cal to 2
No hydraulic pressure.
Diverter block is set to the
auger/conveyor position.
Set diverter to the fan position
Speed settings set
incorrectly.
Probable Cause Solution
No field boundary
recorded.
Create a field boundary.
Aggressiveness is on. Turn aggressiveness off.
Improper look aheads. Adjust look ahead time.
Diverter block is set to the
auger/conveyor position.
Set diverter to the fan position.
Probable Cause Solution
Proximity sensors on gates
misaligned.
Align proximity sensors.
Gates not functioning. See “gates will not open/close”.
Proximity sensor damaged. Replace proximity sensor.
