3.2.2 Multidrop Mode
Field devices in multidrop mode refer to the connection of several field devices on a single
communication line. Up to 15 field devices can be connected when set in multidrop mode. To activate
multidrop communication, each field device address must be changed to a unique number in the
range 1 to 15. This change deactivates the 4 to 20mA output and changes it to 4mA.
Setting of Multidrop Mode
Call up “ Poll addr” display.

Call up “Auto Poll” display.
HART output ---> Online Menu ---> Main Menu ---> 4.Utility ---> 1.Configure Communication
