Installing DataStudio for PASPORT on Mac OS X
Materials Required
DataStudio CD or downloaded DataStudio installer (available
from http://www.pasco.com/software)
DataStudio Serial Number and License Key, if owned
(This DataStudio license information is on the registration card
inside the colored license agreement envelope of all purchased
versions of DataStudio. The free CI-6883x “DataStudio Lite”
does not include this license information.)
WavePort Serial Number and License Key, if owned
(This WavePort license information is on the registration card
inside WavePort’s colored license agreement envelope.)
one PASPORT sensor (for example, a Temperature Sensor,
shown)
at least one of the following PASPORT interfaces that are used at your school:
USB Link
PowerLink (with Power Supply and USB cable)
(if you will be performing the optional firmware upgrade, gather
all of your school’s PowerLinks)
Xplorer (with USB cable)
(if you will be performing the optional firmware upgrade, gather
all of your school’s Xplorers)
