Installing DataStudio for PASPORT on Windows XP
Materials Required
DataStudio CD or downloaded DataStudio installer (available
from http://www.pasco.com/software)
DataStudio Serial Number and License Key, if owned
(This DataStudio license information is on the registration card
inside the colored license agreement envelope of all purchased
versions of DataStudio. The free CI-6883x “DataStudio Lite”
does not include this license information.)
WavePort Serial Number and License Key, if owned
(This WavePort license information is on the registration card
inside WavePort’s colored license agreement envelope.)
one PASPORT sensor (for example, a Temperature Sensor,
shown)
each of the following PASPORT interfaces that are used at your school:
one USB Link
one PowerLink (with Power Supply and USB cable)
(or, optionally, all of your school’s PowerLinks if you will be
upgrading their firmware)
all of your school’s Xplorers (with USB cable)
