In the Setup tab, you can specify the Double
Discriminator gate values, the direction of
which the acquisition will be carried out, and
the output file settings.
The last thing to do before starting the acquisition is telling MasterPlex CT where your
samples are located in your 96-well plate. To do this, click on the Sample Modify
button to open the Sample Manager window.
