9. Open the Ball Valve and slowly turn up regulator pressure to Flush Tank or solvent pump, if pump is
used turn up regulator until pump begins stroking (see Fig. 14)

10. Secure all solvent leaks, if any
11. Bring solvent pump pressure up to 35–40 psi (2.2 - 2.8 bar) on regulator gauge or 50 psi (3.5 bar) for
flush tank. (reference Fig. 14)
12. Wait for solvent pump to stall or stop
13. Test flush system on gun block, by pressing the flush button, test both solvent and air purge if
applicable.
