Controls Continued:
Activator Pressure Relief Valve: mounted on the Activator Material Manifold it is used to release the
activator pressure to allow maintenance on the unit.
Solvent Tank Pressure Gauge & Regulator: mounted on the Flush Tank this is use to set the flush
pressure for solvent flush of the Mix housing and mixer.
Pre Startup Instructions:
1.
Check all hoses for wear or damage from shipping, replace if necessary.
2. Check to be sure you have appropriate quantities of both materials to complete the job.
3. Check and repair or replace any damaged items before starting a job.
4. Be sure all fluid connections are tight.
5. Set Pro Gun Packing Set – Use the packing tool to tighten both the packing nut on the side of the
gun block, trigger the gun 4-5 times and tighten the packing nuts again
– repeat this process 2 or 3
times.
