Remove plastic case from HID bulb being careful not to touch the bulb.
Insert HID bulb into rhino headlight reflector turn approx. 1/3 of a turn until
it locks.

Push the wires through the holes, or make a small slit in the rubber for the
wires. Reattach the rubber boot once wires are through.

Mount ballast using self tapping screws and the tabs in the case anywhere
securely to the Rhino. They can get wet and don’t need direct airflow.
Most customers mount ballast on the frame cross member behind the pivot
pins for the hood.

If using the Rigid Industries ballast plate, mount between frame rails under
the hood. Attach the ballast using the supplied screws to the plate.

Using the wiring harness find the stock wiring on the passenger side and plug
white OEM plug into wiring harness. You are looking for either a black or white
