6 OPERATION OF THE HAND HELD TERMINAL
The self adaptation set type MKEN-1094 is an indepen-
dent device to measure the vapour flow and vapour
quantity and can be used as a calibration instrument for
vapour recovery systems with control electronics Type
1094. A modified gas meter is used as a flow meter.
All functions of control electronics Type 1094 can be
displayed and controlled. The set parameters can be
displayed and adjusted. The self adaptation can also be
started.
The hand held terminal is powered by the vapour
recovery control electronics. Also batteries can be
supplied so it can be used as an independent flow
meter.
6.1 Display and Keyboard Functions
The control unit features a LCD-display providing 2x16 characters and 8 keys.

The name of the displayed value is indicated in the upper line of the display.
The lower line provides a 4 digit display for the operation mode on the left, a 4
digit indication of the displayed value in the centre and the unit of the displayed
value on the right.
