Montaggio a piacere – Raccomandazione: corpo delpi-
stone rivolto verso I‘alto. – Osservare la direzione del fl usso!

Avvertenza! Eliminare assolutamente le imourita nelle
tubazioni (materiale di tenuta, trucioli di metallo ecc.).
ll corpo della valvola non deve essere serrato eccessiva-
mente durante il montaggio.

Attacco fl uido di comando: fi lettatura G1/4 coperchio aziona-

Valvole pilota: fi ssare I‘elettrovalvula a 3/2 vie tipo 331, tipo 333
con il collettore a zoccolo direttamente all‘azionamento a pistone.

Recomendación: decionamiento en la parte superior. Observar
la dirección de paso!

¡Advertencia! Eliminar imprescindiblemente las impurezas
en las tuberias (material de juntas, virutas metálicas, etc.).
El cuerpo de la válvula no debe soportar tensiones de las
conexiones.

Conexión del fl uido de mando: roscas G1/4, en la tapa del
acciónamiento.
Fluido de mando aire: conexión R libre
Fluido de mando liquido: instalar desagüe

Electroválvula piloto: Fijar directamente al accionamiento del
émbolo la electroválvula 3/2 con placa de zócalo.

Spannungstoleranz ±10 %. Anschluss mit Bürkert-Kabelkopf,
Schutzart IP65, Kabelquerschnitt 3 x 0,75 mm

Flache Steckerfahne = Erdungsanschluss.
Kabelkopf: Einsatz 4 x 90° drehbar, Anzugsmoment 1Nm.

Warnung! Kolbenantrieb vorsichtig öffnen.

Unfallgefahr durch gespannte Federn.

Sitzdichtung austauschen: 4 Sechskantmuttern (bei DN 15 M8 /
bei DN 20/25 M12) lösen und Flanschgehäuse entfernen.

When ordering replacement parts, specify complete

orderkey/ident. no. of valve.

Warning! Open piston actuator carefully.

Risk of accident due to tensioned springs.

Replacing seat seal: loosen 4 hexagon nuts (M8 DN 15 / M12
DN 20, DN 25) and remove flange housing.

En cas de commande de pièces de rechange - indiquer le

code complet de la référence/no d‘identifi cation de la vanne.

Avertissement! Ouvrir I‘entrainement du piston avec pré-

caution. Risque de blessure en raison des ressorts comprimés.

Remplacer le joint de siège: 4 écrous six pans (M8 DN 15 /
M12 DN 20, DN 25) desserrer. Enlever le coros à bride.

En caso de pedido de piezas de recambio, indicar la desi-

gnación completa/número de identifi cación de la válvula.

¡Advertencia! Abrir con cuidado el accionamiento del

émbolo. Peligro de accidente por muelles tensados.

Sustituir la junta de asiento: soltar 4 tuercas exagonales
(M8 DN 15 / M12 DN 20, DN 25). Quitar el cuerpo abridado.

In caso di ordinazione delle parti di ricambio indicare completa-

mente il codice di ordinazione/numero di identifi cazione della valvola.

Avvertenza! Aprire con cautela l‘azionamento del pistone.

Pericolo di infortuni a causa di molle in pressione.

Sostituire la guarnizione a sede: allentare i 4 dadi esagonali
(M 8 = DN 15 / M 12 = DN 20, DN 25). Smontare il corpo fl angiato.

Vid beställning av reservdelar ange fullständig beställnings-

kod/ident-nr för ventil.

Varning! Öppna styrdonet försiktigt.

Risk för olycka genomspända fjädrar.

Byte av sätestätning: lossa 4 sexkantmuttrar (M8 på DN 15 /
M12 på DN 20,DN 25). Ta bort flänshuset.
