4.3 Mounting steps, tube isolating diaphragm
according to DIN 11851
T he isolating systems are temperature and pressure-aged at 80 °C
and 18 bar. The zero point is adjusted at 22 °C ±2 °C and a torque of
275 N
m. The defined installation position is: Tube isolating diaphragm
horizontally, VEGABAR 61 vertically.
F or mounting, proceed as follows:
1 P osition VEGABAR 61 with tube isolating diaphragm
2 T ighten the threaded fittings step-by-step once on the right and on
the left
3 H old VEGABAR 61, to avoid distortion from the defined installation
position.
Caution:
A
part from mounting, the tube isolating diaphragm must not be
permanently under torsion.
4 C
heck current after mounting. The current must be between 3.9
and 4.1 mA. In case of a deviating value, losen threaded fitting and
mount again.
Information:
B
y slightly increasing or reducing the torque, the current can be set
exactly to 20 mA.
4.4 Mounting steps external housing
1 M ark the holes according to the following drilling template
2 D epending on the mounting surface, fasten the wall mounting
plate with 4 screws
