Troubleshooting
Make sure to plug your USB telephone adapter nto a dedcated USB port on
your computer. Do not plug nto a multple port USB hub (USB spltter) that s
not powered.
In a few rare nstances, the USB port on your computer may not have
enough power. In these nstances, try usng a USB hub wth ts own external
power supply.
If you are usng a frewall, t may prevent access to your nontradtonal telephone
servce. Contact your servce provder for more nformaton.
I have accidentally set my LCD language to Spanish or French, and I
don’t know how to change it back to English.
Whle the phone s n dle mode or on a call, press MENU once then enter the
code 364# and then press OFF.
Common cure for electronic equipment.
If the telephone s not respondng normally, put the cordless handset n the
telephone base. If t does not respond, try the followng (n the order lsted):
Dsconnect the power to the telephone base.
Dsconnect the battery on the cordless handset.
Wat a few mnutes before connectng power to the telephone base.
Install the battery agan and place the cordless handset n the telephone base.
Wat for the cordless handset to synchronze wth the telephone base. Allow
up to one mnute for ths to take place.
