Clear voicemail
Ths telephone does not have a bult-n answerng system.
Vocemal s a feature avalable from most telephone servce provders. It may be
ncluded wth your telephone servce, or may be optonal. Fees may apply. If you
subscrbe to vocemal servce offered by your telephone servce provder,
New voicemail and appear on the handset when you have new vocemal
messages. Contact your telephone servce provder for more nformaton and
assstance about usng your vocemal servce.
After you have lstened to all new vocemal messages, the ndcators on the
handset turn off automatcally.
Use t
he clear vocemal f eature when the telephone ndcates there s new
vocemal but there s none. For example, when you have accessed your vocemal
whle away from home. The clear vocemal feature only turns off the ndcators;
t does not delete your vocemal messages. As long as you have new vocemal
messages, your telephone servce provder contnues to send the sgnal that turns
on the ndcators.
To manually turn off these indicators:
Press MENU when the handset s not n use.
Press or untl the screen dsplays Settings, then
press SELECT.
Press or untl the screen dsplays Clr voicemail, then
press SELECT. The screen dsplays Reset VM Icon?
Press SELECT to confirm your selection. You hear a
confirmation tone.
Your telephone servce provder may alert you of new messages
wth a broken (stutter) dal tone. Contact your telephone servce
provder for detals.

press SELECT.

confirm your selection. You hear a confirmation tone.
