AUTO WASH 570
Reduced VOC High Flash Automatic Press Wash
Description: A high flash point/lower VOC press wash to be used on all types of sheetfed and web
press equipment. AUTO WASH 570 contains a mixture of solvents that provide
excellent ink cutting power and components that help remove paper coating and
fibers. This wash is designed to provide a safe alternative to conventional press
washes. AUTO WASH 570 is emulsifiable with water to help in the removal of water
soluble contaminants.
Directions for Use: By Hand:
Blankets
– Apply a liberal amount of AUTO WASH 570 to a clean rag and wipe across
blanket surface until ink and paper contaminants are removed. Follow-up with a
water rinse to remove any residue. Rollers – Apply enough wash to thoroughly clean
ink from all rollers. Follow-up with water rinse to remove any residue.
Automatic Blanket & Roller Washes:
Follow manufacturers’ instructions for use in automatic wash equipment. Add water
for faster drying and better removal of paper coating and fiber.
