HSC 30
All-Purpose Low VOC General Press Wash
Description: An all purpose low VOC high flashpoint wash for use on both sheetfed and web
presses. In one step, HSC 30 effectively removes ink and contaminants from rollers
and blankets. HSC 30 can be used on automatic blanket cleaning systems. It does
not require a water rinse, but can be used with water to remove paper lint and
coating.
Directions for Use: ROLLER WASH: Apply HSC 30 to a dampened rag or cloth and wipe across entire
blanket to remove ink and paper contamination. Follow-up with a water dampened
rag or cloth. (Water rinse)
BLANKET WASH:
Apply HSC 30 to rollers until they are free of ink. Rinse rollers with
water to remove oily residue. For faster drying add water at approximately 25% by
volume.
